PT Soe Makmur Resources (SMR)
SMR was established on 22 July 2008, it was granted a “Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi” by the Governor of Nusa Tenggara Timur on 28 January 2010. The IUP covers 4.550 ha in the region of Timor Tengah Selatan of Nusa Tenggara Timur. In December 2010, SMRU acquired 99% of SMR.
